There are 2 apartments. I stayed at the " Alto" which is on the upper floor. It is very nice, spacious, bright and clean. I loved the peace and quiet. There is a nice view down to the coast. I enjoyed the terrace. The washing machine + detergent were very helpful. The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen had everything that I needed. There was a nice , fresh smell in the apartment. The owners are friendly and kind. There is a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. For a supermarket you can go by car or motorbike to the next larger town about a 7 minute drive away. Because the apartment is in a small settlement on a mountain the temperature was very comfortable at around 26° in mid July. I didn't even use the fan. I found it to be very hospitable to provide not just a big bottle of water but also a bottle of wine as a welcome present. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was so relaxing and the road near the accommodation, especially going further uphill, is very beautiful to drive on with great views of beautiful nature all around.

The fridge is producing some rumbling sounds and I didn't like the bed because it's a spring mattress and not solid enough for me.

Incredible view of the sea from the balcony which is within the flat, I initially thought it was after exiting flat onto the rooftop on the pictures provided. Balcony has some chairs and even a BBQ kit although I did not use it. The apartment is spacious and really clean. There are some board games and TV if the weather is bad. Hot water in the shower is good. Self check in was really handy as I had a late arrival time. The host was kind and provided a large water bottle and a bottle of wine. Parking is good enough, it is sometimes tricky to park outside the apartment but there is usually enough parking nearby. It is on the road that leads to Pico de Las Nieves, very handy, roughly 30 minutes away. It is quite near the airport. There are some restaurants but note their opening hours, I didn't get to try due to them being closed on Sunday. No groceries nearby so stock up before you make the drive there. Really good value for money and would book again.

It was a bit cold when I visited in early December, there are two portable heaters provided but not that adequate. It is a humid kind of cold, not surprising in the mountains. Blankets were quite thin and more for a hot summer. Mattresses were average. Probably bring thick clothes to sleep in if not in summer. You need to be ready for some windy narrow mountain roads on the way there (roughly 8 minutes), can be challenging at night when it is pitch black. On the upside the views down are glorious in daylight. If you are exploring various parts of the island it is a while to get onto the GC-1. I think the location is perfect for sticking inland and doing lots of nearby hikes.

Easy check-in and check-out using a lock box. The host kindly allowed early check-in. We were welcomed with wine, water, and local caramel candies. The apartment had a spacious balcony accessible directly from the kitchen, with a great view of the airport, village, and ocean. The apartment itself was large and comfortable. A local restaurant serving traditional food is just a 1-minute walk away (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). There are two other restaurants nearby. The location is a small village reached by a scenic mountain road. Excellent value for money. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Comfortable beds and fresh mountain air. The host was very friendly and helpful. We liked the sound of the rooster singing at 4:00 in the morning. Street parking was always available, though the surface is uneven and rocky in places, which might be harder for some cars. We stayed 7 nights and explored the island by car during the day. There are no shops in the village. The nearest supermarkets (Mercadona, HiperDino, Spar) are a 10-minute drive away.

On windy evenings in October it can get too cold to sit on the balcony.

So clean!! Comfortable, even left a small welcome gift. Shower wonderfully hot. Easy instructions for arrival.
