About this apartment rental
For rent Small Studio 2/3 people of 14m² completely renovated, WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF THE 11TH FLOOR, located at the foot of the Jandri Express: main and central ski lift of the 2 ALPES station.
It consists of a living room, a kitchen area (fridge) and a bathroom (sink + shower) with WC.
This studio is on the 11th floor of the "Diamant" with a breathtaking view of the Alpe d'Huez slope.
It has an interior finish that is both elegant and modern. The equipment is complete and upscale (flat screen, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave).
For bedding, there is a bed for 2 adults 140x190 and a 90x190 bed on the mezzanine for a child over 6 years old. Sheets and towels not provided. A deposit check of 60 € will be requested on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure if cleaning has been carried out.
In the rental price are included the consumption of water, electricity, heating and the payment of the tourist tax.
It will suit people wishing to be in the heart of the 2 Alpes resort and its animation. Numerous restaurants and shops, a U supermarket, a pharmacy and a clinical center are available just below the residence. There are many diverse activities within the resort: glacier located at 3600 m, summer and winter skiing, paragliding or paraski, hiking, visits to the ice cave, downhill mountain biking, open swimming pool and skating rink, mountaineering ...
It is a station with wide sidewalks and a slight drop: ideal for walking.
The rental is reserved for non-smokers.
There is no disabled access.
