About this apartment rental
Rent a studio for 4 people located in FROND DE NEIGE, in the residence "LES BRINBELLES". Located on D4 on the map of the resort.
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes in the immediate vicinity of the ski school (Rassemblement ESF) and kindergartens of CHAMPAME.
In the immediate vicinity of the "BELLE ETOILE" luxury TV (departure and return ski-in/ski-out).
The residence is quiet (set back from the main avenue) and has a parking lot (free space), digicode at the entrance. Ski room.
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the studio is equipped with a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, separate toilet, The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a Clic-Clac (140x190), 2 armchairs and has a flat screen TV and small board games.
The sleeping area is composed of a bunk bed (90x190) located in the entrance of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, DOLCE GGUTO coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, raclette service. A high chair for baby is at your disposal, no need to bring yours and carry yourself too much!
Duvets and pillows are at your disposal.
Sheets, towels and dish towels are not provided.
The studio is south facing with a balcony and with a view of the beginner slopes.
Various shops (HYPER U, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and sports shops) within a 5-minute walk in the center of the resort.
Your car doesn't move all week. All this done on foot!

The apartment is non-smoking.
Holiday vouchers not accepted.
Key collection and inventory of fixtures carried out by our concierge service.
Services can be offered: sheet kit for hire, cot, high chair, cleaning at the exit.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING:
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by guests before their departure.
- CLEANING option (not included in the rental price): €50 to be paid on site to the concierge agency (specify them on arrival).
* PLEASE * The end-of-stay cleaning service does not exclude a minimum of maintenance on your part, namely:
. Empty the fridge and cupboards
. Running the dishwasher or washing dishes
. Take out the garbage
. Clean the kitchen, toilet and bathroom to a minimum

The apartment is totally corresponding to the description. Good equipments & beddings, very good location ( calm & at a foot from the chair lift & Ski shool.

The apartment was as described and we were very pleased with it. Plenty of space for two of us and all the amenities we could need. The location was excellent, an easy walk to everything in town.... Ski lifts, bars restaurants. Having parking available was a bonus and this was right outside our accommodation. The contact with the property owner was excellent. They responded to any queries I raised quickly without any fuss.

We rented the apartment for 4 days skiing. The location is excellent, right at the door of the Belle Étoile lift, and the apartment was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was a bit confused as the information we had been given did not match the agent’s information, but they soon resolved it. We also found dirty plates in the dishwasher as well as some areas of the kitchen which could have been better cleaned, but generally the cleaning and appearance were good.
The apartment is small, but it has a lovely big balcony, and if all you’re doing is eating and sleeping for a few days, it works pretty well- we would come back.
