About this apartment rental

1st line on the slopes, not overlooked, 2-room apartment with 1 parental bedroom, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower (+ washing machine / dryer), separate WC, numerous storage, electric shutters, electric heating in each room + collective heating.

Direct access to the slopes at 75 meters via the detachable 4-seater chairlift at La Belle Star, ESF ski-school at 100m.
Direct view, not overlooked, on the slopes of Bosquet, Champamé, Valentin and La Belle Etoile.

Great little flat just in front of the slopes .The flat has everything that you need on terms of cooking utensils, foldable beds, games in the cabinets, etc … .. it takes minutes to warm up the rooms and you are 2m walk away from the belle etoile ski lift. The furnitures are a bit outdated but everything works like a Swiss clock !!!My wife and kids loved the place so much that we are looking to book again for next season 🥰

Great apartment, in the best of locations - shortest of walks to piste and local amenities. Also very close to the nearest bus stop for arrival and departure from resort. Excellent size for the money. Friendly owner and local concierge, make access extremely easy. All the equipment you could need is present. I will definitely try to book this one again next time I go to L2A.

Only had one problem they was no kettle but apart from that I couldn’t name a single fault everything we needed I.e ski lift, shops and bars was all in a 2 mintues walking distance absolutely ideal for any skiing holiday and will probably be using it again

Nous avons passé dans cet appartement bien équipé à côté des pistes, avec un grand balcon, un excellent séjour ; proche des commerces ; à refaire certainement. Je le conseille aux amateurs de glisse et pour ceux aussi qui privilégient le repos et les balades.

Le logement est très bien agencé et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire (nous étions deux adultes), le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. Il est très bien situé, légèrement en retrait du plein centre (donc aucun bruit le soir), à 50 m du tsk des bosquets qui donne accès en 5 mn aux télécabines du Jandry 1. Un retour à ski au pied de l'immeuble est possible, nous avons pu ainsi faire une pause tous les midi à l'appartement, sans perdre de temps. Ce fut un excellent séjour pour nous, neige abondante et soleil quasiment tous les jours.

Appartement très bien équipé (lave-linge sèche - linge , lave - vaisselle ) , produits d'entretien à disposition , casier pour chaussures et casques à l'étage ... Immeuble très calme mais proche centre ville , pied des pistes . Un grand merci à Maxence pour son accueil , sa gentillesse et l'excellence des produits de sa fromagerie ! Détour indispensable ! Seule réserve , mais je sais qu'un effort devrait être fait en ce sens : s'assurer du ménage entre deux locataires ...

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien placé dans la station. Chambre confortable, assez grande (lit bébé proposé) Cuisine - salon avec déco un peu passée mais bien équipé. Salle de bain avec machine à laver, séchante. En bas, possibilité de laisser les skis dans un casier et à l'étage, casier pour les chaussures de ski (à porter de main le matin...) Super domaine skiable aux 2 Alpes : montée rapide par le Jandri vers le glacier (jusqu'à 3600 m d'altitude) ou par les oeufs.

Idéalement situé : au pied d'un télésiège, de 2 tire-fesses et d'une école de ski (attention exclusivement cours le matin pour ceux de l'après-midi il faut se rendre près de l'office du tourisme dans le centre de la station). L'appartement est bien équipé, pensé (même si le mobilier est un peu diversifié et que l'appartement aurait besoin de quelques rafraichissements) et au 1er étage avec un grand balcon donnant sur les pistes. Parking privé de la résidence appréciable. Parfait pour nous qui étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Résidence calme et à proximité des commerces.

L'appartement est vraiment au pied des pistes, à proximité immédiate du rassemblement ESF, donc skis aux pieds pour petits et grands dès la sortie de la résidence. Vue magnifique sur les sommets. Nous avons été enchantés par la station,très bien située avec tous commerces et beaucoup d'activités pour les adultes et les enfants tout en restant à taille humaine. L'appartement est très propre,bien agencé et situé idéalement dans la station.Il y avait tout l'équipement nécessaire et en parfait état de marche.Pour ne rien gâcher le propriétaire est à l'écoute,serviable et disponible.Nous recommandons cette location et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Nous étions 4 dont 2 enfants (5 et 9 ans). Appartement en bon état, très bien équipé et très bien placé. Face à la montagne, à 20 M du Skipass de Champamé, à 50 M des départs écoles de ski, garderie, remontées mécaniques. Location à recommander.
