About this apartment rental
Nice ski-in/ski-out apartment in the heart of the village 1800, close to the Champamé ski school and shops.
Access to the city center on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Apartment for 4 people, you leave the residence directly on the track with access to the 2 areas.
In 2 minutes on foot, you can access the shops of the village, peaceful and welcoming area.
A non-nominative covered parking lot is located at the door of the residence.
Please note that since 2025, parking in the entire municipality of Les 2 Alpes has been charged.

The accommodation:
25 m² apartment with balcony for 4 people. In the entrance, a mountain area with bunk bed separated from the living room by a sliding door. Bathroom with shower cubicle and heated towel rail separated from the toilet.
In the main room, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, Tassimo, microwave grill, raclette machine, fondue, crepe maker and croque monsieur appliance.
Several storage spaces are at your disposal.
In the living room, a sofa bed (140x 200 bed), a smart TV, a dining area for 4 people and a bay window opening onto a 5 m² balcony.
Locked ski locker on the first floor of the residence.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, for any other request, please contact us.
Your stay:
The keys will be handed over via the GD Alpes concierge (2 steps from the residence) which will be available to help you, loan/rent equipment if necessary. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay, but it can be done by the concierge for an amount of 40€.
It offers the following services:
Linen rental: complete kit double bed (18€), single bed (12€), bath towel (4€), childcare equipment, ...
In the apartment, you will find on your arrival: a welcome kit (sponge, garbage bag, toilet roll), 4 pillows, a double duvet (200x200) and 2 individual duvets, an end-of-stay cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, ...)
On the other hand, you will need to bring bed linen and towels.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Our animal friends are not accepted.

100m from the residence, you will find several shops (restaurants, sale of local take-away menus, mini-market, snack bar, ski equipment rental shop, sale of ski-passes, laundry, petanque court, volleyball court, children's games, artificial lake 500m away, ...

Brilliant appartment in a great location.situated on the wevind floor is down to floors to a ski room that leads out on to a green run thatvtakes you directly to two chair lifts..Well stoked and very comfortable. Concierge was very welcoming dispite some language difficulties . Villiage 1800 has a few restaurants and a small local supermarket but its quite an easy walk into town for more.very efficient free bus service if you dont fancy the walk back up the hill.

We had a great time at the property. Very comfortable and well equipped. Good location for the skiing too - it’s a 5 minute walk to the Village lift (up some stairs and a lift) which was great in the mornings, and it also downloads in the afternoons which was a plus. The skimium ski shop by the loft also offers a discount for staying here, and we were able to leave our skis and boots there, so everything was very easy! The bus stop to go into town/Jandri lift is also close. Parking situation also good and easy. Florian was really helpful beforehand answering questions quickly. Would really recommend a stay here!

The flat has clearly had thought put into its decor. The Sofa bed in particular was very comfortable. The design is modern and is a really nice place to spend an evening. There is lots of storage space under the bunk beds and around the sofa.The kitchen cupboards were very high, so it would be helpful to have a step to access the top shelves.We were aware in advance that there was no WiFi. However it would have also been useful to know that the mobile phone signal is also very poor in this part of the resort as we had assumed we could use mobile data.The apartment building and general area was in a poor state and is in need of update and attention. The entryway by the car park was flooded on the day we left as there was not a suitable door mat or control to prevent water getting into the corridors.There is also a lot of dog pooh in the general area, so be careful with the snow balls!Note that the ski lockers have no heating and that boots will not dry overnight.The flat was a longer walk from the Village lift than we had understood from the listing, this is mainly as there are A LOT of steps! There is however great access to Valley Blanche.The big issue we had was the check in process. The concierge service did not speak English (our French is basic) and they could not translate using google translate. As a result it took us a VERY long time to find the flat (it is very hidden) which cost us a lot of ski time.
