Great modern and central studio
Excellent central location. Very clean and well designed modern studio with lovely terrace. Very friendly and welcoming owner.
Look out for late check in and early check out (8 to 9 am). We arranged later, which was kindly accepted. Would be nicecyo have extra bed pillows and a duvet in the colder autumn.

Great short stay a minute from the lake
Exactly what we were looking for as guests of a wedding at the Palazzo Gallio, close to the lake, a few minutes walk from the venue, very clean with everything needed to be self-sufficient and a responsive and welcoming owner.

Super-clean one room apartment very close to Gravedona’s lakeside promenade - location is great. Very kind and helpful host.
Price rather high, probably due to location. Has only one small window, so not much sunlight in the apartment - this is fine on hot summer days (as we experienced it), perhaps less comfortable in other seasons.

Fijne locatie, behulpzame host en fijne fietsen
De host was erg aardig en stuurde leuke evenementen door die tijdens ons verblijf plaatsvonden. Het was ook super fijn dat we fietsen hadden en het balkon/terras was heel fijn!

Ferragosto nell'alto Lario
Il monolocale è ampio, con angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Il letto è molto comodo e affianco si trova un divano a due posti. C'è un armadio grande con guardaroba e da un lato l'asse con il ferro da stiro. Il locale lavatrice è appena fuori dove c'è la terrazza riservata. Il bagno interno con finestra è nuovo con doccia a mio avviso molto comoda. Nei giorni più caldi dell"anno, pur non essendoci il climatizzatore, le pareti spesse del palazzo hanno mantenuto una temperatura ideale. Bello ed ecologico, tranquillo e a un passo dal lungo lago, dove si trovano il panificio e il supermercato. Quindi, è comodo anche per chi arriva a Gravedona in bus o battello. La proprietaria è stata sempre cortese e disponibile per ogni informazione.

Très contente de notre petit séjour de 3 nuits . Le studio est très agréable , propre , et très bien situé . Et la petite terrasse donne son petit charme en plus. Le locataire tres gentil , et répond rapidement à vos moindre questions.
