If you are with a kid , it wouldn’t fit you.
The owner is really helpful.
there is no closet for your clothes, and no iron. the flat is really cold and small. ( yes, you can ask to turn on heating and pay for that, but probably it’s not comfortable when you are on vacation to have problems) there is no view to the lake. You should sort your trash - probably it’s not what you would like to do on vacation.

Gute Zuflucht bei großer Hitze!
Eine sehr schöne und vor allem (auch bei großer Hitze) kühle, sehr gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung. Im Garten kann man wunderbar frühstücken, die Fähre für einen Ausflug, die Innenstadt und der Strand sind alle sehr nahe. Auch das Parken in der nahe gelegen Via Bianchi hat sehr gut funktioniert.
