Très bel appartement, très bien situé dans la charmante ville de Gravedona, point de chute idéal pour visiter la région loin de la densité touristique de Bellagio, Menaggio ou Varenna. Parking gratuit au pied du bâtiment et à proximité de restaurants, de bars et d'une supérette accessibles à pied. Une plage publique est à 10 minutes à pied et l'embarcadère pour visiter les autres villes du lac est également à 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Il a été entièrement refait avec notamment une salle de bain et une cuisine vraiment top. Mention spéciale pour le balcon, idéal pour prendre ses repas avec vue sur la montagne. Le service de conciergerie est très réactif.
Une étoile en moins pour les problèmes de bruit provoqués par les voisins du dessus, la climatisation et un sommier qui grince (même si la literie est de qualité). Attention, l'appartement est bien annoncé comme ne proposant pas de WiFi et on pensait se rabattre sur la 4G/5G de nos smartphones mais on la capte très mal dans l'appartement.
