We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and very clean, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They even went the extra mile by helping us bring our scooter down the steep road, which we truly appreciated. The swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. The hotel offers a quiet and private atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay with excellent service. We would definitely come back again!

The good; Secluded location Lovely pool Comfortable beds Friendly staff Good AC in room Modern rooms Water dispensers to refill bottles Good shower The bad: Very steep hill to enter resort; hire car struggled to climb it Rooms have no soundproofing and music is played loudly so not relaxing Resort was pretty empty but new guests were put either above or next door, with lack of soundproofing, this disturbed our sleep Room was tiny and too basic; no bedside table or reading lamp/light. Nowhere to put luggage. No drawers,no hooks to hang things (some hangers provided). Everything had to go on the floor which wasn’t enjoyable. Breakfast and food wasn’t great. No sun loungers; just a few beanbags by the pool which were uncomfortable. Staff always sat at a table in the restaurant, doesn’t feel welcoming and off putting to use the pool. Have to ask for room to be cleaned; this needs to happen daily in a small room. Also toilet roll seemed rationed!

The room is a bit small. The size of each room is the same, but the website already state that the size of each room. The breakfast is worse or very bad. Luckily , I didn't pay extra for breakfast,it was including in the room price. There are no eggs or scrambleegg for breakfast, if you want it, you have to pay extra money. For breakfast, there are only white porridge, cereal, watermelon, mee goreng and tasteless yellow rice, sambal chicken, sambal taupe, greens are cucumbers, black coffee is also Chinese kopi O less sugar. It's a bit bad. But the second day the breakfast got boiled egg already good haha,the other food still same the mee goreng become Maggie goreng .The tenant of the next room was very late to check.actually nvm but they are check in around 11-12 o'clock,they no sense they will disturb anyone,being noisy and he had been opening and closing the door many times. But second day the family still do this action.i don’t know why.Around 8am, in the morning, the child was already laughing loudly. It proves that the room is not soundproof. The room’s toilet’s got no door only a curtain，if you guys are couple then will be fine,if friends two man one girl or something ,it will be a bit awkward when u want to use the toilet.The aircon of the room is running really really slow…it means not cold .if u open it around 4-5hour then become cold.so this aircon need patient.The things in the hotel's shop are very expensive. It is recommended that everyone buy any item you want at outside. If You asked me if I would recommend everyone to live here?My answer is no, although her price is not bad.
