O apartamento é muito espaçoso com um quarto e sala bem grandes. Possui uma mini cozinha com os utensílios necessários. A localização é muito boa, no Cais do Sodré, ao lado do Mercado da Ribeira (Time Out).
Tinha apenas um cartão para abertura da porta e acesso ao elevador o que gera um grande transtorno quando um dos hóspedes sai e o outro fica no apartamento. Além disso, o apartamento necessita de alguns reparos: A porta do banheiro está prendendo no piso, assim como a porta do armário do frigobar.
