Posizione perfetta a circa 200m dalla spiaggia. Appartamento piccolo ma pulitissimo e funzionale, dotato di tutto quello che serve: ci si soggiorna tranquillamente in 2, eventualmente in 3 con un bambino (stretti). I letti diventano 2 se si sposta il piccolo divano, c'è un tavolino per mangiare, un balcone con lo stendibiancheria. L'angolo cottura è ben fornito, c'è un piccolo frigo con il freezer. È presente l'aria condizionata ben funzionante, c'è il wifi gratuito e una tv che prende anche i canali italiani. Il self check-in è comodo ed intuitivo, Francois sempre disponibile su whatsapp per eventuali problemi: gli ospiti prima di noi avevano rotto la macchinetta del caffè e lui è andato a comprarne una nuova immediatamente il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo (Nespresso a capsule). Il parcheggio gratuito all'interno del residence è un meraviglioso plus. Bagno piccolissimo ma anche questo pulito e dotato di tutto quello che serve (3 asciugamani a testa, phon, disinfettante...).
L'appartamento è veramente piccolo, soprattutto il bagno, ma il tutto è chiaramente visibile dalle foto, che rappresentano la struttura così com'è. L'unica cosa la doccia che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione.

Franciis ( własciciel ) bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem , miły i sympatyczny, Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja blisko Monaco oraz blisko do morza, czystość apartamentu oraz wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Studio było dobrze wyposażone, nowoczesne i komfortowe, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dodatkowym atutem był balkon i spokojna okolica
BRAK , wszystko było jak w najlepszym porządku , bezproblemowo.

Situé non loin de la gare, en limite avec Menton, cet appartement est très bien situé. Atout majeur en il dispose d'un parking, dans une zone très fréquentée. Nous sommes venus voir des amis et profiter du défilé pour la fête des citrons. Très joli. Super séjour.
