Directly on the beautiful beaches of Hollywood Florida and right at the corner of Hallandale Beach boulevard this gorgeous 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath condo offers you stunning Beachfront and OceanViews right from your balcony. With Porcelain tiled floors in kitchen, bathroom , bedroom and main living area, this 900 sq.foot condo offers a very comfortable home away from home stay for your future vacation plans. New furnishings purchased in April 2024 provide our guests with a leather Queen sleeper sofa and swivel chair in the living-room and new kitchen stainless steel refrigerator (2024), SS dishwasher (2024) and stove vent hood in the kitchen. Main Bedroom provides 2 Queen size beds with clean fresh professionally laundered bed linens and duvet with every new guest. Beach chairs (4) , Beach Umbrella (1) and beach towels (4) are provided courtesy by the owners.
You will find A 50-inch screen Smart TV in the living room + 32-inch screen television in the bedroom, DVD player, and mini stereo system . WIFi is free and user name and password is provided once guest are booked.
The Condo complex offers access to amazing amenities such as a Game Room, Theatre Room, Fitness Centre, Business centre, Outdoor heated Pool and an onsite Convenience store and Bistro providing warm lunches with delivery to you by the pool and beach.
Please be advised that this a non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets (big or small). Also included is, central A/C, Free WIFI connectivity, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.
This condo is only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd . You can also find close by the famous GulfStream Horsetrack and Casino featuring designer shops and dining. Many more restaurants and shopping are in walking distance from the condo complex up on Hallandale Beach boulevard. You can also take a very short drive to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops for lots more shopping and dining options ! Or take the new Circuit Trolley (the old Hollywood Trolley) for a minimal fee that offers rides to old Hollywood and famous Hollywood Broadwalk.
Walking distance to Wal-Mart Supercentre and supermarkets Winn Dixie, Publix for easy access to grocery shopping.

The condo owners were very responsive, the condo was clean, I loved the view of the morning sun rises and the beach, I was very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the condo unit for us to use, I felt very safe, one thing that was not stated in the description is the beach front for this condo is very wide so it was not at all crowded on the beach and also there is a life guard watch tower right next to the condo property line, beach front is very clean, clear water and you could walk out in the water a long way from shore - we very much enjoyed our stay

Our recent stay at this vacation rental offered a mixed bag of experiences. While the partial ocean view from the 6th floor was undeniably lovely, there were drawbacks that should be addressed.
The unit itself could benefit from some maintenance. Missing tiles in the kitchen, ripped curtains, broken headboard, and grimy kitchen cabinets detracted from the overall comfort of the space. Additionally, the tiny shower was inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.
Moreover, while the fees for parking and building fob were mentioned prior to booking, the actual process turned out to be more of a hassle than anticipated. The additional costs, and the down server during check in added to the inconvenience.
We were initially unable to use the laundry facilities as we couldn't find the required card. After contacting the host, we were assured that the caretaker would provide one the next day, but it didn’t come. We purchased our own card from the management building, adding an unnecessary hassle to our stay. The next day after that, the laundry card did arrive but we already purchased our own.
Lastly there was a noticeable temperature imbalance within the condo, with the bedroom being warmer- which caused sleeping to be slightly uncomfortable.
Beautiful views, but rental was lacking in some key comfort areas.
