The location of the condo was perfect. So close to so many restaurants and shopping. The host was very attentive and made sure to send all instructions well in advance. We had a smooth check in and didn’t run into any issues during our stay. I appreciated that the host had beach chairs available for use since we flew in for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this location to friends and family.

A few things to note - this VRBO leaves you NOTHING. I prepare for no shampoo and things like that, but not even hand soap or a second garbage bag. The check in papers let us know that we wouldn't get washclothes. Three people for four days and we got two towels. So go prepared. Also there is no "valet"parking you pay for a pass and park yourself.
Check in was rough but it was Spring Break. In hour in line in a hot hallway. Then found out that the entire party has to be present so we had to go back. Make sure you take cash because some of the fees require cash. Parking and fobs ended up costing nearly the price of another night so take that into consideration - this is mentioned in the listing though.
That being said, you won't get a location like this for this price. We were right on the beach! We were a short drive to the Broadwalk. The cafe in the 3801 building was great for morning breakfast or evening coffee and snacks. Everything was very laid back. We missed having a lobby to hang in but we knew this was a residential building so we weren't surprised. We were texted the day before about arrival and when I had an issue I texted that number back and they responded immediatly. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this place.

We stayed in unit N11Z and had some issues with the air conditioning. After contacting the property manager, someone came to check it, but the next day we were told nothing could be done and the temp wouldn’t go below 74. In a high-rise with Florida humidity, it was pretty uncomfortable. I asked about alternatives like a portable AC, but was told, “Sorry, we won’t do that.”The sheets on the beds and in the linen closet looked and smelled dirty, so I had to put money on the laundry card, buy detergent, and wash everything myself on day one.The building felt very secure—you need a key fob for access everywhere—but getting the fob meant going to another building and paying a 25 fee. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.The pool areas were beautiful, and the beach access was great, right next to a lifeguard station (red flag days during our visit). There’s an excellent Argentinian café across the street with pastries, empanadas, and more, and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.The unit itself was clean, which I especially appreciated as I own a cleaning company and have high standards.Overall, aside from the AC issue, it was a great unit for the price and location.
