A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

There are washers and dryers available on every floor, but you have to pay for each load using a card
- Guests shall comply with all the complex association rules

We don't provide daily housekeeping. Paper toilet and soap are only provided at check it and is not refillable.

Check in was helter skelter. Trying to off load a vehicle with luggage.. Not good. Kitchen facilities were clean .
