Royal Aloha 2 Bedroom Vacation Rental - Sleeps 4. FREE PARKING!!

The air conditioning was three portible units plus two oscillating floor fans. All of which we had to run continuously in order to cool the room. But not cool enough. The ceiling fan did not work. The filter on the back of the air conditions were full of dust so we needed to clean those in order to make them work better. The table and chairs were not suitable for 4 people. Needed more seating. Kitchen only had one dish towel. No place to hang wet bath towels. For older adults, shower needed safety grab bars and more plug ins since so many were used for the air conditioning and lighting. Room darkening curtains would have helped. Located on a very noisy street. Happy we had free safe parking, nice pool and unit was clean. Cute unit but needs some updates.

Great place to stay, central to a lot of places. Minute walk to 7eleven. Clean, had everything we needed. Parking was awesome. Had an issue with the air condition and it was fixed that day. Amazing communication. Would definitely do it again when in Hawaii. You wont be disappointed.

Close to shopping & restaurants. Condo was clean, host responded quickly when contacted. Loved the on site private parking. Bed in the small bedroom was hard for our comfort. The living room furniture comfort was ok. Unfortunately during our stay the washers didn't work on the 3 floors we checked. We had to go to a laundry mat which very busy and expensive. Having working laundry facilities on site was a must for us to have time to spend with family stationed in Oahu.

This was an average experience. The positives were good location in Waikiki and parking conveniently located. While the apartment was clean, we had shortage of supplies (ie trash bags, towels, detergent). The listing was misrepresented. It listed washer/dryer as amenities but they were not in unit. The information about washer/dryer being in the building was buried deep into q&a or additional info. The washer/drier on the floor were not working and the ones in the basement were often occupied and locked at night. The walking distances to places were misrepresented (confirmed with Google Maps). When we contacted the POC she said listing was managed by Vrbo and she had no control. All things considered this place was good value but lack of washer/dryer has to be clearly labeled as this is a major amenity and one of our top requirements along with location and parking.
