Convenient location and free parking. You could easily walk to downtown Waikiki or walk along the canal. If you have a car, it's an easy escape out to explore the rest of the island.
The facility was on the older side, and the elevators were having some issues when we were visiting. We had 5 people so the 1 bathroom was a little inconvenient.

Lägenheten är välhållen och välstädad. Utsikten från balkongen är fin och det finns plats att sitta tre personer på balkongen. Planlösningen är även den bra. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i ett gemensamt utrymme precis utanför dörren och kostar 3 dollar. Det finns en parkering som tillhör lägenheten vilket är väldigt värdefullt, parkeringen ligger ca 500 meter från entrén.
Lägenheten är i bra skick, inte lyxig men funktionell. Fastigheten är byggd för ca 40 år sedan så de gemensamma utrymmena är av äldre snitt. Det finns luftkonditionering i båda sovrummen och vardagsrummet, den låter dock en del när den kör.
