Legal Vacation Rental!! Newly renovated! Excellent location! Central to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki attractions, beaches, restaurants, bars, zoo, business district; on bus line, easy commute to Downtown,Chinatown,UH. Secured building: security guard, 24-hr Cameras. Pool, barbecue/rec area & community laundry on same floor. Free Parking is located across the street in Secured garage. Parking can be very expensive in Waikiki, hotels charge $50 per night, but we include & no additional fee.
Two bedroom one bath with one free parking! Great value for the price in Waikiki.

Grab a cup of morning coffee and relax on the beach. There is a popular coffee shop downstairs by the lobby. Very convenient.
5 minutes walk to parks, 10 minutes walk to beach by Hilton Hawaiian Village, 15 minutes walk to world largest open air mall. Food, shops, restaurants, famous department stores, grocery stores.
Here are some house rules and information to avoid incurring any extra fees:
- No shoes are to be worn in the house.
- If guests are sandy, please rains off by beach. This ensures that sand is not tracked into the home.
- Laundry Room and Trash Room are found in the hallway by the elevator area. Please leave recycle items and cardboard inside Trash Room!
- If you are wet please avoid sitting on the furniture.
- You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors! Please be mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc., as floor noise travels. Please follow the building operation hours.
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
- No Smoking inside unit and balcony.
- Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only. Lobby pool opens between 8am to 9pm. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
- For health and safety reasons, do not feed birds and cats.
- Please treat everyone with Aloha Sprite. We are here to help.

We enjoyed our stay here and the room was nice! Very family friendly. Anna was very helpful with sending pictures ahead of time to give us an idea of where everything was located.
