Waikiki Penthouse w/ Incredible Views & Pool Sleeps 6 guests

The condo layout was exactly as described and worked well for our group of five—we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were enough towels and essentials provided for our stay.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The AC in the main living area didn’t effectively cool the room, which made it uncomfortable at times. When I reported this to the owner I was told the building maintained the ACs. I wasnt given any direction on who to contact.We also noticed mold around the AC vents, as well as in parts of the bathrooms and kitchen. For a longer stay, this would have been a bigger concern, as air quality is important and something guests shouldn’t have to worry about.Parking was another challenge—it was both expensive and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.On a positive note, the views were absolutely spectacular and a highlight of the stay.Overall, while the space and location had strong positives, the maintenance and comfort issues should be addressed.

While we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, the views were exceptional. The unit photographs well and we found it to be more dated than in the pictures. The check in and out was smooth. The kitchen is not very well stocked. The gym was not included in the price when my adult daughter tried to use it. Overall, it served our needs for the short time we were in Waikiki.

Good location and nice property. Room is not as nice and updated as in the photos. Basic cleanliness needs to be addressed.

I feel we should have been told we had no pool access. It was a huge detriment staying in Hawaii without a pool. My filter and the pics showed a nice pool area.
