The property was clean and well stocked. It was a great location being walking distance to the beach, and not far from shops and restaurants.
We had a slight problem with the air conditioning while there (no fault of the owner). It got very hot and uncomfortable for one night/day. However, the staff was very responsive and had the issue taken care of as quickly as possible.

Location and proximity to the beach. Having beach towels available for use. Although we didn't use them, there were games available.
There was a mildewy smell when you firat enter, but you get used to it. It is difficult to be that close to moisture without having that smell, though. It reminded me of my childhood in Panama, Canal Zone.

Location was within walking distance to the beach.
The TVs did not work in either bedroom. They wouldn't even turn on.
You have to purchase a wrist band to use the community pool.
