Pensacola Beach Condos

We liked the space and location.

We arrived to a very dirty condo. No bedding, dirty bedding on the floor. Food all over the counters and floor and the AC kept getting turned off remotely during our stay. We didn’t get to enjoy the space until almost 6pm due to the cleaning crew needing to come. With a toddler and a long day prior, it was annoying and inconvenient. We don’t hold that against the condo owner.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo had everything we needed for our short trip and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite surprises was the beach supplies—they made our beach days so much easier and were such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a quick walk to the beach, the pool was a lot of fun, and having the local shop right across the street was incredibly convenient for grabbing coffee, snacks, or a quick meal. The Avari team was fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire experience stress-free. The biggest sign of how much we loved it? As soon as we checked in, we immediately regretted not booking an extra day! That’s how comfortable and special this place felt. We will absolutely be back, and this will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Pensacola. Highly recommend!

If I had to pick something I “didn’t like” it would be the shower head. Haha but really that’s not anything I would complain about!

Location was perfect for our budget. Everyone had their own space when it came time to wind down. We didn’t know the property had beach items in the garage which is a major plus if your cramped on room while traveling.

Outside of being closer to the beach, nothing.

Location was within walking distance to the beach.

The TVs did not work in either bedroom. They wouldn't even turn on. You have to purchase a wrist band to use the community pool.
