Regency Towers #401 West

The two-bedroom apartment is updated and modern, and very spacious for our family of five. The balcony is awesome, as it overlooks the beach. The pool is clean and goes from 3 feet to 8 feet. The beach is only a few steps away. The washer and dryer are new and very easy to use.

For a beach-front apartment, it would be nice if the unit could come with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We flew in from out of state and cannot bring these things with us. Also, most guests would not stay for more than a few nights; therefore, just a few tall kitchen trash bags, toilet paper rolls, and paper towels can really make our stay easier. Oh, coffee filters, too - keeping a few in the kitchen drawer would be a hospitable thing to do. Small things - but it would make a big difference for those of us that are here by plane! Lastly, the WiFi is spotty and a source of much frustration, unfortunately. When it works, it works well, but every so often, it'd cut out. Don't expect to do much work while staying here. But the signal through phone data is quite good in this location.
