This three-bedroom/2.5-bath pool view town home at Regency Cabanas #E2 is just steps from the Gulf, with easy access to the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach via a dune walkover.
King in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom and a full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom to sleep eight. Slate and hardwood floors first living level, carpet in bedrooms. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, enjoy flat screen TVs in both the living area and master bedroom, plus a DVD player. Or, spend a leisurely evening on your balcony grilling on the gas grill.
Double garage on ground level with garage door , living and dining area located on 2nd living level, bedrooms are on the top level. A gated community, Regency Cabanas offers two pools.
Per the HOA Rules and Regulations: Beach buggies, buses, campers, boats, skiffs, trailers, or any similar vehicles may not be parked anywhere on the property, whether temporarily or permanently, unless fully enclosed within garage.

The check-in process was easy and they even gave us a small welcome gift. The house was as it showed in photos. However I don’t think they really do justice with how close you are to the beach. It takes less than a minute to walk out of the garage door and onto the beach. The house has all the basic essential kitchen ware. The upstairs doesn’t get as cool as the downstairs. The beds are a memory foam but are very firm. There is a small coffee shop/convenience/liquor store walking distance from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit close to the beach access and pool. Easy access through garage staircase, so no keys needed at the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. Loved our stay.

The decor was dated; the air conditioning was not cold enough upstairs and there was no beach access during our stay due to the beach being worked on/sand moving. However, the location was clean with the exception of a comforter that had stains which we exchanged for another one we found in the closet.
