Pet And People Friendly. Close To Everything Central Florida Offers!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, super close to the beach and the boat ramp(s) we have a 18ft boat and where able to leave it hooked up to the truck and fit in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk! Can't ask for more place is great! Checking In and Out is super easy, place feels like your own, excellent location! We look forward to coming back in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Already planning to stay here next year. It had everything you could need at the beach. We might even fly in next time because we wouldn't need to bring any beach supplies. The gifts left for us were a great surprise. The only "complaint" would be that the water pressure in the showers were pretty lacking and we couldn't get the grill to get hot enough to cook on even after putting on a new bottle but those things were not a big deal to us. Otherwise, this is an absolutely wonderful place and neighborhood. The outdoor patio areas were our favorite and the beds were so so comfy, best sleep we've had in awhile.

Sue was incredibly thoughtful and detailed in preparing for our stay. Toiletries, snacks, a book of info about the area and food places, and a welcome message on a chalk board at the front door were all left for us. Very pet friendly!!! We brought our fur babies and they had a great time with us. It was relaxing, close to the beach, and super comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our wedding anniversary!

Host was very responsive to communication. Sue had some nice added touches for our specific celebration. Loved the screened porch and all of the kitchen amenities!
