Updated and remodeled beach house located minutes to Daytona Beach, 3 blocks to ocean and steps to Seven Seas marina on inter-coastal waterway. A fisherman's, beach goers, adult spring breaker's or biker's dream getaway for a reasonable price. 2 bedroom, 1 bath + extra beach shower. Washer/dryer, central AC, satellite television, air mattress, and sleeper sofa.
A new deck is in service and has a new Weber gas grill.
The yard is now fully fenced in to protect the ones you love and provide back yard privacy. Home is over 900 square feet - sleeps 6. Pets up to 30 lbs allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent.

The house was super clean and well stocked! The house has everything you might need. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, dog leash, extension cords, etc. The kitchen also had everything and then some. It was a truly enjoyable stay! The fenced backyard was perfect. Super close to the beach. One of our best stays in a VRBO!

Tv had no local channel option, all streaming. The gas grill started a grease fire and burned our supper. It hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. The shower shelves for soap etc, are almost falling off the walls. Guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced and mattress. Storm door has to be pulled to shut, bedroom door sticks. All little things that won’t take much to fix.
