It is nice cool place (AirCon available).
Landlord is very nice person.
Parking in the front yard very handy and always available.
Nice small back garden with the olive tree.
It is a pity that landlord do not speak English, it would be nice to talk to her more.
It is a close to the road (luckily not very frequent ), so there was some noise , but not very much.

Located just 5 minute drive from various beaches was perfect. Pula is few minutes away, beautiful Bale and Rovinj are also not far. So location is excellent. Owner is very kind, helpful and was very attentive to all our needs. At night we didn't want to sleep with airco on, but we felt really safe and kept terras door and window open.
Terras door is missing mosquito screen. As we stayed for almost 3 weeks we did miss some more storage space, larger bed for the kids and somewhere to wash our clothes.
