The room is spacious, it has a fridge and the bed is comfy. I didnt like the pillow tho, but I always have my own as im very picky in this are :). There is a parking and a nice resturant across the street. Owners are very kind. We only staid 1 night, but I would come back :)

The property is clean and the lady is sympatic. The apartament is 10-15 minute walk from the beach.

Beds could be more comfy. Make sure you bring cash as it is the only method of payment.

Dissappointing

The lady host was nice and the apartment was clean. During the stay we chatted and she offered us coffee several times.

The lady said that the deposit was 200€ and since we came across friendly and neat, she only asked for 100€. On the day of our departure she refused to give us back the 100€ deposit, saying that she didn’t take any deposit money from us, she immediately started acting very defensive even though I reminded her about how we were handling the money when we arrived. The scene made me look like a fool and it ruined our vacation.

Rooms were clean and location was OK.

The owner didn't speak any English. Took our passports for 24 hours without explaining why (at least not in English). We were also asked for deposit of 200 eur which was OK. At the time of the check out the owner inspected the rooms and everything was fine except for the dishes which were washed up but left to dry on the sink area. The owner charged us extra because the dishes were not put in the cupboards which was kind of ridiculous. There was also no mention of cleaning fees or extra fees in advance. Would support most of the negative comments about the host because we had similar experience. Wouldn't stay at the appartments again because of the host's attitude.

Disappointing

I have never met a less inviting host in all of my travels. The host repeatedly let herself into our rooms to turn off the air conditioning - Whilst we were in! She came round with three tiny black coffees on the second morning which we thought was nice, to find out at the end of the week that she'd charged us around $7 for them out of our deposit! Genuinely felt quite uncomfortable throughout all of our stay and it really didn't feel like our own space. We were conscious to leave valuables in the room.

The rooms were incredibly basic and uncomfortable. The metal bars of the beds will leave you needing physio if you stay longer than a couple of nights. The host will offer things and extort you for them at the end of your stay so if you do make the mistake of booking - Just say no to these! They shouldn't advertise that the rooms are air conditioned as the host will turn it off at any opportunity. They won't respect your privacy at all so be sure to lock the door and keep the key in the door whilst you sleep so that they don't come in.

Nice location, if you have a car.

- We reserved apartment with balcony on the second floor, but we were given apartment on the first floor near the stairs. - Kitchen is too small: no space to put plates or to cook food - Kitchen is not equipped well: no liquid wash, no sponge for washing dishes, gas stove does not work without matches and does not have hood, so when you cook food, you need to open all doors and windows. - We checked out in the morning and washed dishes after our breakfast, but we were charged extra 20 EUR, because dishes were wet, not dried with towel.

Non benissimo!

La casa è carina, piccola, con un terrazzino rilassante.

Gli host non parlano una parola di inglese o italiano, solo tedesco o croato. La pulizia lascia alquanto a desiderare, il bagno è piccolissimo, per richiedere un cambio di biancheria siamo dovuti andare a bussare all'host di sera. In ultimo, durante la settimana ci vengono a trovare una coppia di amici dall'Italia con due bimbe di 0 e 6 anni, per passare una giornata insieme. A causa di un imprevisto non riescono a partire la sera e noi, ovviamente, gli offriamo disponibilità per appoggiarsi da noi per la notte. Il giorno dopo la signora si presenta indemoniata alla nostra porta, recando con sé un foglietto bianco con su scritto 100€, dicendo che la casa era per 4 e non per 8. Tentiamo in tutti i modi di spiegare che è stata una emergenza e che non potevamo bussare a notte fonda per avvisare, ma a causa dei limiti linguistici e soprattutto dell'atteggiamento della signora, rinunciamo e paghiamo la somma, senza ricevere alcuna ricevuta o altro. Infine la posizione, non proprio vicina al centro di Fasana.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Fazana

Wir haben ganz kurzfristig ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon für 4 Nächte gebucht. Alles war in Ordnung und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage und nicht weit weg vom Strand. Ein Restaurant war genau gegenüber und eines 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gab es einen großen Supermarkt und das kleine Fischerdorf Fazana erreichte man in ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ritorno in Croazia dopo 30 anni ma ritrovo la stessa Croazia di allora, solo decisamente più cara.

L' appartamento era pulitissimo, davvero perfetto. I servizi essenziali. Cucinare non è proprio semplicissimo perché ci sono solo due fuochi, non c'è la luce nell' angolo cottura, né la cappa. Sopra al lavandino manca lo scolapiatti e il pentolame è proprio minimo, per cui dopo due pastasciutte e del pollo saltato ho deciso che era meglio andare a mangiare fuori, che però è tutta un' altra spesa perché andare al supermercato e prendere quello che serve costa forse un quarto di mangiare al ristorante, tra l' altro piuttosto male per i nostri standard di cucina italiana. Di tre cene posso salvarne una sola in cui è stato assaggiato il maialino arrosto. Per il resto, pur pagando più che al ristorante in Italia, i piatti non arrivavano nemmeno alla sufficienza, nemmeno quelli di pesce della loro tradizione.

L' appartamento è ok, ma in Croazia è tutto molto caro per il livello di servizio e qualità che viene erogata, tra l' altro le persone non sono per niente sorridenti e accoglienti nei locali, il livello di pulizia nei locali è piuttosto basso, ci sono posti ( ristoranti, non bettole) dove non ti puliscono il tavolo e non c'è la tovaglia o dove non ti sostituiscono la tovaglia se c'è e devi mangiare sopra macchie di altri....

Viszonylag minden megfelelő volt pár dolgot leszámítve.

Lehetne az apartmanban nagyobb kuka és seprű, felmosó. Ha több napot töltesz ott kellemetlen mindig kéregetni a seprűt. Internet használhatatlan. Sajnos az is elég fusztráló, hogy állandóan figyelnek a tulajdonosok.
