Ohne Küche und Schmutzig!

Alles. Keine Küche, Schmutzig keine antworten vom Vermieter, alte Bilder , ungemütlich. Wir haben uns woanders für den gleichen Preis ein Apartment mit küche bekommen. Kein GELD zurück nichtmal ein Drittel. Spart euch dass!

Definitiv kein Besuch wert.

Außentür schließt unten am Boden nicht ab, kein Klopapier, nach Bezahlung wartet man ewig auf Antwort. Mit dem Lärm wirklich in der Nacht kaum auszuhalten Selbst leises flüstern ist gut hörbar, als wäre die Tür einfach offen. Bei der stark befahrenen Straße wirklich ungenießbar.

Klimaanlage

Unser Aufenthalt vom 24.07.–30.07.2025 in Room D war leider extrem enttäuschend. Schon am ersten Tag habe ich die Gastgeberin wegen der Parkplatzsituation kontaktiert – bis heute keine Antwort. Vor Ort gibt es nur einen 20-Minuten-Parkplatz sowie einen kleinen Abschnitt mit sehr wenigen Plätzen, was für alle Gäste völlig unzureichend ist. Das Zimmer hatte unten an der Tür einen Spalt, sodass der Straßenlärm Tag und Nacht extrem laut war – man hatte das Gefühl, die Autos fahren direkt durch das Zimmer. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Nach starkem Regen wurde der schon vorhandene unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer unerträglich. Ohne Fenster zog der Abwassergeruch ins ganze Zimmer. Die Terrasse bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, da ständig andere Gäste vorbeilaufen. Dies stand weder in der Beschreibung noch war es auf den Fotos klar erkennbar. Die tatsächliche Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden gab es keine Lösung und keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir mussten den gesamten Aufenthalt unter diesen Bedingungen verbringen. Ich habe die Gastgeberin mehrmals kontaktiert. Sie fragte mich nur, wann ich die Unterkunft verlasse, erwähnte aber nie eine Rückerstattung oder bot eine Lösung an – sehr unprofessionell und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir mussten den gesamten Aufenthalt unter diesen Umständen bleiben.

W zasadzie nic, gorzej niż słaby hostel, brak jakichkolwiek udogodnień jedynie ładne płytki pod prysznicem.

Lokalizacja przy ruchliwej ulicy a drzwi są nieszczelne, całą noc słychać samochody, na parkingu brak miejsca

Як тільки заселилися на підлозі було багато волосся, у ванній жодного гачка для рушника, питали а власника за фен для волосся, це питання повністю проігнорували, відсутність килимів у ванній , відсутність мінімальних засобів для прибирання, на 4 дні перебування нам залишили один рулон туалетного паперу і на цьому все. Коли відкривали двері щоб потрапити у номер на нас постійно падав наличник. Коли виїзжали зазирнули під ліжко чи не залишилось там щось, від кількості пилу і волосся там захотілось виїхати звідти ще швидше
