Apartments Matea with Pool and sea view

Es war einfach wunderschön. Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, der Pool und der Blick vom Pool und von unserer Terrasse waren einfach Top! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und hatten ein schönes Wochenende dort gehabt. In 1 Minute war man an einer Badestelle und konnte ins Meer gehen. Bei der Unterkunft selbst, konnte man kostenfrei StandUp Paddel ausborgen und benutzen. Unsere Gastgeber waren so herzlich und freundlich - das wir die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen können.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was beautiful and very clean, and the beach is just a short walk away, not crowded at all, almost like a private beach since the area is mostly apartments. Parking was easy. There’s one garage, but we used the public spots nearby because we had a minivan and it worked perfectly. We enjoyed using their SUP boards, the grill, and the infinity pool with a stunning sea view. The location is quiet but convenient, a few restaurants and small shops nearby, everything we needed. We took a day trip to the Plitvice Lakes, which was very doable from here. Also highly recommend visiting Zavratnica Bay, you can swim above a WWII shipwreck, enjoy the viewpoint, then go down to the bay for a swim. The scenery is breathtaking. Having a car is a must. Without one, getting around is very difficult, almost impossible. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us with everything and even welcomed us with fresh fruit, homemade cake, jam, and rakija as a farewell gift.

Helena was very kind and a wonderful host, always happy to help with anything. The children really enjoyed the pool. A huge bonus was that we could use the SUP board for free. The beach is about a 5–6-minute walk away.
