Location and access to the beach as well as market and bakery access. There was even a dog beach within 1km or so. The view was superb and so was the owner.
The bed and pillow quality must be somewhat low because I couldn't get any sleep. Had issues like neck and back pain every night. Woke up every hour or so. I suggest you bring your own pillow.

Bardzo ładne i komfortowe mieszkanie. Plusem jest duży metraż, dwie wygodne łazienki. Fajnie że była pralka bo nie było jej w opisie mieszkania. Łazienki bardzo komfortowe. Całe mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Dodatkowo duży taras ze stołem. Właściciele pomocni i uczynni. Blisko plaża, dzieci mogą spokojnie same chodzić bo okolica spokojna i bezpieczna
Brak wad. Można by jedynie dokupić mikrofalówkę bo przydaje się często, my na 3 dni obeszliśmy się bez jej ale na dłuższy czas mogło by być trudniej.
