the free-standing bath looks stunning, but it's impossible to use the (hand-held) shower without soaking the surrounding floor (even sitting down) very loud live music in the square some nights until 1am. please put wifi information in the apartment. Also TV instructions! Directions to the key pickup incomplete & useless. Add to your welcome message "key pickup: at STERNA RESTAURANT in the main square. On the seafront road next to the only big pink hotel"

The walk to the property was pretty. Room was BIG.

It was just for one night, so we dealt with it. We would not return.

No breakfast is provided.

We were put on the 4th floor, which provided us with a wonderful view, BUT…. There is no elevator, and no one to help us with our luggage. We are 4 older women traveling together, and it was a real struggle to try and get our bags up 4 flights of spiral stairs.

It’s in the middle of everything

Too many stairs, not enough cooking dishes, water runs weird (either it is too cold or too hot in a matter of seconds), leakage of water in the bathroom, there is not even a broom to sweep the floor yourself, not a very clean room.

The room was very new. As I knew we were the first couple who stayed in the room. Well decorated. closed by every thing you need.

The building we stayed is right beside a square, surrounding with restaurants and some music activities at night, if you like to sleep early then it is a kind of different because of the noise.

WiFi did not work. There were no blankets provided, we had to pull sheets off of the second bed to have something to cover ourselves with. The registration procedure was very confusing and long. Had to go to a specific parking place (200m from the house), then wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up and show the way to the apartment.

Disappointing

Its nice where the apartment is placed in the middle of the old town.

The toilet flush wasn't working, so we had to flush by Hand our whole stay. The water that was supposed to come out of the shower, came everywhere but out of the shower head. It was not possible to fixate the shower head, so you had to keep it in hand while showering. No one was even considering to fix the Problem. We found it further frightening that there were open cables in the shower. There was no check in process, we were lucky that somebody even showed us where to find our apartment. Every Information we needed, we had to get through asking and asking and asking. Where can we find the washing mashine? Where can we get a clothes horse? Where do we get the parking ticket for the lot.... There was no single cable in the TV. TV watching was impssible. Unfortunately the apartment was very poorly equipped, we couldn't even find a spatula, which may cost 50ct. We didn't have high expectations. But I Think you can expect that everything is properly working and that the Equipment is not completely headless. So this was a pretty disappointing experience for us...

Good location, a little hidden in the old town. New apartment, but a few things should be improved. Close to the sea and cafes / restaurants. Free public parking with a long-term parking permit from the accommodation.

The description regarding parking and check-in could be better or is not given. We got the room key by chance from a woman in front of the accommodation. The toilet paper in the room was unfortunately missing.

Very good

Marko, the owner, was great and helped us with every necessity we had (plus 50% discount on a restaurant in the city center). Location is good (close to parking lots which are free when Marko gives you the ticket, close to the supermarket and beaches all around Karlobag). Apartments are cozy and everything is well managed.

Just some minor things that actually a guest can overcome: laundry machine is not in the apartment; and broom was missing (could be useful with apartments). Cleaning before arrival should be improved. These things are not a big problem but some suggestions for future improvements, keep up the good work!

Perfekt auch für Workations

Sehr durchdacht, es war alles da, was ich brauchte. Auf der Terrasse konnte man gut sitzen, war gleichzeitig der Aufgang zu allen Apartments, störte mich überhaupt nicht. Alle sehr zuvorkommend, im Restaurant gab es Frühstück à la Card. Perfekt. Das WLan war exzellent!

Nur als Hinweis: Seeblick erst ab 2.OG. Für mich aber kein Problem.

Struttura nuova e in buona posizione strategica

Struttura raggiungibile solo a piedi. Nessun membro della struttura si è presentato per accoglierci. Siamo dovuti andare a cercarli. Difficoltà di dialogare perché nessuno parla inglese anche se poi sono stati carini nel farsi capire. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma all’indomani quando ci siamo recati al ristorante per fare colazione abbiamo scoperto che il ristorante apriva alle 11. Allora scrivete pranzo non colazione. Dato che non potevamo stendere le 11 abbiamo fatto colazione in un altro locale pagando.

V prvom rade je veľká nevýhoda že sa nedá prísť až k apartmánu autom - všetky veci sme vliekli na 3x z parkoviska pri hlavnej ceste - asi 250metro čo je pre ročník +65 problém... Absolútne slabo vybavená kuchyňa - dva !!! sklenené 1,5dcl poháre - nič viac !!! jedna panvica a jeden malý 2litrový kastrólik ani v kúpeľni žiaden pohár.. 3+2 poháre na kávu ok.. vonku pod balkónmi sa schádzali miestne decká z blízkeho okolia v počte aj 10-12 osôb a robili hluk a cirkus veľakrát aj do polnoci... absolútne nevhodné pre starších ľudí a takých čo hľadajú kľud a pokojné večery na balkóne.. ináč v okolí dobré vybavenie - reštaurácie + obchody aj pekáreň pri hlavnej ceste..

Malo priboru, uterka byla jen jedna, chybela tepelna rukavice a napriklad dzbanek na caj/vodu. Jinak zakladni vybaveni bylo v poradku, celkove jsme byli spokojeni.

Byli jsme moc spokojení.

Předání klíčů proběhlo v předem určené restauraci, kde jsme při čekání na pani domácí dostali wellcome drink. Následně nás zavedla na apartmán, kde nám ukázala jeho vybavenost a jak funguje klimatizace. Také nám na sebe nechala tel. číslo. Za celou dobu pobytu nebyl žádný problém. Vše fungovalo jak mělo. Apartmán byl krásný. Součástí kuchyňky bylo další zařízení jako: mikrovlnka, rychlovarná konvice, mixér na smoothie a menší lednička. Celý dům byl nově postavený a vše bylo udržováno v čistotě.

Nemám co vytknout. Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. Jen doporučuji vlastní polštářek na spaní :-)

Es war eine riesige Enttäuschung!

Die Grösse des Studios war gut und es hatte viele Steckdosen, um unsere Mobilegeräte zu laden.

Die Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung, was uns sehr enttäuschte. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nicht bei der Unterkunft und ist kein privater, sondern der öffentliche, von dem aus die Unterkunft nur über mehrere Treppen zu erreichen ist (Gepäck kann nicht bei der Unterkunft ausgeladen werden). Auch das Frühstück wird nicht in der Unterkunft angeboten, sondern im Restaurant Karlobag, das sich ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet. In der Küche hatte es einen schmutzigen Wasserkocher, aber weder Tee- noch Kaffeezubehör. Im Badezimmer hatte es pro Person nur 1 grosses Badetuch, aber keine Handtücher. Ebenfalls fehlten die kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte (Duschgel und Shampoo). Im Studio gab es auch keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit, sondern nur zwei Barhocker am hohen Esstisch. Als wir bei der Unterkunft ankamen, war niemand dort, der unsere Ankunft erwartete und als wir die angegebene Telefonnummer wählten, hiess es, sie sei nicht im Netz vorhanden. Ein anderer Gast half uns dann und rief jemanden an, der eine Frau vorbeischickte, welche uns dann in das Studio führte. Sie rief noch ihren Sohn an und gab uns das Telefon, damit wir mit ihm die Zeit des Frühstücks abmachen konnten. Doch als wir am nächsten Morgen zur vereinbarten Zeit um 07.30 Uhr dort ankamen, war ein Kellner dort, aber noch niemand in der Küche. So warteten wir eine halbe Stunde, bis wir unser Frühstück bekamen. Wäre es eine billige Unterkunft gewesen, hätten wir den schlechten Service verstanden. Doch auf unserer 3-wöchigen Kroatienrundreise war es eine der teuersten Unterkünfte.

L'alloggio è di recente ristrutturazione, completo di tutte le necessità, con soluzioni architettoniche veramente originali, molto adatto per vacanze di coppia. Ben attrezzata la cucina, completa veramente di tutto. E' prospiciente alla piazza del paese quindi vicino a tutto ciò che il piccolo paese propone.

Fortunatamente non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di nulla, in quanto è veramente poco chiaro a chi rivolgersi in merito agli alloggi...sembra che tutto converga in un ristorante in zona... Altra nota negativa , fortunatame solo per il primo giorno, l'insopportabile odore di fogna presente nel bagno, risolto con italico ingegno, con nastro americano sulla piletta di scarico sul pavimento. Il problema è accentuato dal fatto che il bagno non ha finestre e l'estrattore elettrico è guasto. Per noi la cosa è stata anche piacevole, ma dando proprio sulla piazza, con feste e musiche agostane sino a tarda ora, è sconsigliato per chi vuole tranquillità...

Unverschämt teuer. Kein Hundestrand.

Eigentlich gar nichts

Ammeisen in Appartement. Alles zu teuer. Kleine Dorf überall Monopol auf Preisen. Egal wo alles viel zu teuer. Hunde erlaubt aber vor Ort gibt es kein Strand wo mit Hund schwimmen erlaubt zu gehen ! Gebühr für Hund 40 Euro pro ein Tag !!! Unverschämt ! Für die Woche -210 Euro bezahlt! Meeres Blick fehlanzeige!- Aus dem Fenster kann nur Nachbarngebäude sehen! Parkplatz nur in Hafen ca. 250 m. entfernt.
