The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. It’s modern, looks very nice inside, and is also very well appointed with everything you may need in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We appreciated having a washer as we were in a 6-week trip and needed to wash our clothes at each stop. The owner provided us with several detergent pods to so multiple loads. We found the place to be very clean. We were impressed with how roomy it was compared to other rentals we had in Europe. We appreciated the AC in both the main room and the bedroom. It is just overall very comfortable. The view is a major plus of this apartment with a small balcony we used every morning to have coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed staring at the mountains across and the harbor down below. It also nice for a glass of wine in the evening when it’s dark and all lights are on. Beautiful view day and night. Steps right near the property take you down by the harbor in just 5 minutes or so. There is a small market (Studenac) for essentials and lots of restaurants to choose from. It took us about 45 minutes to walk to the old port behind the old town. Mateo helped us set up a boat tour to the blue cave and other island spots in the area. It was such a great time. 👍 We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent this apartment again.

A beautifully furnished apartment, very spacious, wonderful view over the sea and port area. The location was perfect for our 3 days in Dubrovnik - it was 30 min walk/5-10 min bus trip into the old town, but also offered good eating options close by (we particularly enjoyed Kiosk street food). Great large shower, comfortable large bed, good storage, well equipped kitchen, very secure. The apartment is in more of a residential area, and it felt very safe walking around the streets (the apartment itself was super-secure with 3 lockable doors to enter0. There are lots of steps, but that's the same everywhere you go in Dubrovnik, and it means you benefit from a lovely view. I loved sitting on the balcony around sunset and watching how the colours changed - just beautiful. We actually walked with luggage from the port area (having arrived from Korcula) as our luggage was relatively manageable and to help work off some of our holiday overeating, although our host recommended we take but Uber or Bolt as they are generally good value and we would definitely have used if our luggage had been any heavier. Mateo met us on check in and gave us great local tips and ensured we felt comfortable with all the arrangements. There was very good communication throughout.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment - it was just great!
