De eigenaar van de lodges is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We gingen normaal snorkelen en hadden last minute geen gids. Hij heeft er ons eentje gezocht en het is goed uitgedraaid.
De kamer is proper, zeer comfortabel bed, en een hele goede douche qua waterdruk.
De zonsopgang kan je zien vanuit je bed en is een ongelooflijk samenspel van kleuren. Nog nooit zoiets moois gezien qua kleuren in de lucht.
We kregen geen warm water uit de douche maar we zijn het ook niet gaan vragen dus misschien lukt het wel.
De elektriciteit viel in het dorp uit en daardoor hadden we geen wifi meer. Zo hadden we de reservatie van het snorkelen misgelopen.
Maar je kan naar restaurante el capitán iets drinken of eten. Die hebben een generator en zijn op wandelafstand en ook heel vriendelijk.

Great location in the town. Near to restaurants, bus drop off/pick up. Beachfront. Comfortable rooms and great palapa on the roof to relax, have drinks or eat. Breakfast included in price. I was there 5 days and never had the same breakfast. I preordered dinner a few nights which was delicious and reasonably priced. Filtered water available. Super friendly Spanish-speaking hosts.
Bring plenty of insect repellant. WiFi could be better. I’d recommend option for regular cleaning of rooms. A lot of sand gets tracked in after a few days.

The service girl was nice and friendly.
Rooms sufficiently big.
There was a miscommunication about costs extra costs for air con, at first it was 200 MEX$ per night later at check-out 250 MEX$. Actually not a big deal, but annoying; plus one night the air con did not work due to general power shortage in the entire village.
Again, it can happen and after some discussion with the owner we found a kind of compromise, but both issues should not be covered by any customer or should be worthwhile to be discussed...
