The property is located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro in the Mata Grande neighborhood.
Sundiver Beach Resort is the perfect location for gatherings, weddings, yoga retreats, events, or just beachfront relaxation. Bring your friends, family, dive or fishing buddies, or people you just like to party or travel with. At Sundiver, you rent half or the entire property for your private use and make the place your own exclusive Belize retreat for your family or group! White sand beach, mature coconut palms, Caribbean sea, and barrier reef. The only thing between your rooms and the sea is sand! Swim, snorkel, fish, kayak, paddle board, and observe the wildlife off of our pier! Sundiver Beach Resort also has an outdoor dive bar, library room with a fully stocked beverage refrigerator, and freshwater pool that you can use 24/7.
Price includes office manager (can help book any excursions or extras), bartender, every other day housekeeping, and cooking staff to provision and prepare breakfast, light lunch, and dinner with dessert. The food and beverages are extra, but are at cost +20% provisioning fee.

All i can say is the place is amazing, the staff is amazing and ownership is amazing. We retuned out the entire resort for 24 of our friends and family and everybody and an amazing time. Brian and Marry made the travel and stay as easy as possible. Brian went out of his way to make sure we always got checked into the airport and had transportation back and forth from the resort. Food and drinks were perfect which leads me to the full time bartender Carlos. Carlos definitely the cherry on top. Our entire group had the best time hanging out with him, he made the best drinks and even showed us how to play a dice game that we played every night once we learned. Highly recommend this resort to everybody.

It is an awesome resort and staff, being that it is our first time experience in San Pedro, Belize. The resort and staff were amazing,..the house maid, the cooks, the bartender and the owners were all awesome and friendly. With such a large group (24 people), they were very accommodating and flexible with all of us. They helped arranged all of our activities, getting us golf carts, picking us up and taking us the San Pedro airport. Just a fantastic, fantastic experience…and we would love to return to this resort again some day.

The property was absolutely perfect for our group of 22 people! The staff at the resort is awesome and the owners made sure that we had everything that we needed. We definitely enjoyed the Sun diver bar and the bartender Carlos!! I highly recommend the Sun diver resort to anybody who is traveling to Belize

Sun diver beach resort exceeded all our expectations. The facility is clean and comfortable, they make you feel like you are part of the family. The staff is professional and very accommodating. Everything was great from the food to the scuba diving they really know how to take care of you. We have already booked our next visit.
