If the Ocean View apartment is occupied separately during your stay, the swimming pool will be shared only with those guests. Guests staying on the second level do not use the pool.

The villa is roomy and comfortable with lots of screened windows for plenty of air flow. We only used the air conditioning in the bedroom to sleep at night. It is right on the beach so we were able to walk to restaurants both north and south. The owner Kelly was a great help in getting us to his favorite dive shop, Chuck and Robbie's, which I would also highly recommend. But the villa is right on the main road so that there is traffic noise, the most annoying being construction trucks and motorcycles. You barely notice the golf cart sounds.

This place is a gem with its gated compound, high ceiling well-appointed apartment and lovely location.We would return in a heartbeat :)Host are exceptional and we had a wonderful vacation with this as our homebase.
