With the den area providing a third sleeping option, this condo is great for families.
Just steps to the beach and with a fantastic ocean view from the patio, you have everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Brittany and Mike communicated very well and were on-site when we got to our accommodation. The condo was cool, clean and in a great location, just over the bridge and right on the water. I would definitely book again with them!

The team was very receptive and prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. The condo was steps away from the pool and beach. Everything went well and highly recommend the property…minutes from Secret Beach, The Truck Stop, and downtown San Pedro.
