With updated decor, large living space and stunning views of the pool and Caribbean, this ground floor two bedroom condominium provides a "home away from home" feel. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with a large, soaking tub as well as a separate walk-in shower. A queen bed in the second bedroom, a second full bathroom, plus an extra room with a futon makes this the perfect vacation home for two couples or a small family.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Mike and Brittany were wonderful hosts. The condo itself was great with plenty of room and well appointed. The grounds are cleaned and well maintained and the hosts live next to the property. They went above and beyond in planning our air travel from Belize City to San Pedro, coordinating a golf cart rental for the week, booking two excursions and had beverages waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. Mike met us at the airport when we arrived and drove us back to the airport at 6am for our departure. On top of that, during our visit they tollerated our random texts asking various questions. The unit itself was great, two rooms with queen beds and a room with a full size futon. If you are going to San Pedro I highly recommend you considering this unit.

The hosts were amazing. They coordinated our flights and picked us up from the airport. They were very responsive. Overall it was a great stay.

There place was perfect location. Just outside of busy downtown area but not too far from restaurants and stores. There property managers, Kimberly and Chad were great. If we needed anything they helped us in no time. We really enjoyed our stay.Yoriko
