We were on a ground floor apartment. A small, but very comfortable, cosy and newly furnished apartment with a kitchenette. It has everything you need during your vacations. A summer terrace with grape and kiwi plants is fascinating and at night you can see all the stars lying on a lawn and watching the sky when it’s clear. I have also attached a view through a window. The apartment is perfect clean, sterile. Sonja is a very welcoming lady who is open minded and gives a good piece of advice where one can eat, what one can do and what one can visit in Portorose and its surroundings. A Michelin’s quality restaurant and a traditionally Slovene guest house restaurant are both in 5 min walk, also there’s a grocery store. All in all, there’s nothing more to add because it was simply perfect! Thank you, Sonja! Hvala lepa!
The house is quite uphill, so it could be a bit of a problem for people who have problems with a locomotor system. Nevertheless, it’s normal for almost the whole Adria area. By the way, we had basic mountain bicycles (not e-bikes) and we were happy to ride everywhere from the Croatian border to the Italian one. A little bit of sport is great, so you’ll have the best vacations in your life!

The apartment was very nice as shown in the pictures and it has a beautiful garden with an amazing sea view. Sonja was very kind and accommodating for whatever you may need.
Tha apartment is close to the beach, however some may find it hard to walk since it is quite up hill.

The guest is nice. Got a private parking place. There is a beach at 15mins walk and main Portoroz beach is 25mins walking(if go by car the parking costs 12euro/day or 1.2 euro/hour if stay less than 10hours). A supermarket and few restaurants are at 10mins walking. Garden with sea view.
The location of apartments is up-hill regarding sea(beach), going back by walking from beach would be hard for e.g. older people or for who have problems with walking long distances.
The beds could be changed(make some noices and bed somiera is not stable), are even too big for the room, smaller ones would be better in that room.
