- Very friendly owner
- the studio is a spacy room with a lot of privacy
- the jacuzi (10.-/hour) is worth it!
- the aircon can also heat
-possibility to cook
-the matrace looked new but was worn out/ flatter in the middle than at the sides
- the big (compared to the quite small bathroom) cupboard under the sink makes it a bit difficult to use the toilet.

Lovely place and outside area. If you're with a car it's perfect for Ericeira - 5 minutes from everything. Room was nice and big. Kitchen area well staffed
