The apartment was very clean

The location near the pool

Bedding and towels look old and never had a wash. No toaster, didn’t have right amount of cutlery for plates etc. poor

A toaster pls

The staff memeber told me to tell the taxi driver to go to gate D, that all the drivers are aware of all the gates, the taxi driver didnt know of any gates other than main gate, this was ok the staff memeber came to main gate, showed us to the appartment and let us in, explained the keys and left us to our holiday

This is difficult as the complex is lovely and clean, and ideally situated, the staff that we saw were nice and pleasent, the apparment we had rented on the other hand was not so nice, The floors were dirty, there was no windows other than the patio doors, there was a carrier bag over what we believe to be the smoke alarm in the main room, There was no toaster, and the oven was dirty , but didnt have a rack inside to use even if it had been clean, the bench top had a large hole in the bench top formica, the bedding was horrendus and very cheap, there was a safe but we were not allowed to use this the staff informed us, that the owner did not allow access to this, so felt unsafe as nowhere to keep passports etc safely. The appartment was directly above the pump station for the pool so every morning at around 5.30am we were woken to the sound of the pump starting up. One of the sockets was hanging off the wall .The whole decor was very shabby and desperatley required some TLC, There were holes in the wall cladding in the bedroom, The whole appartment looks dark unloved and neglected
