Merci à Malika et son mari pour leur gentillesse, les chambres étaient grandes et très propres, petit déjeuné très très bon, plage paradisiaque tout proche

Heerlijke locatie, vlakbij het strand en toch heel rustig. Priveparking voor onze tuktuk. Ontbijt was in orde, mooie kamer met airconditioning. Goede wifi Mogelijkheid om kleren te wassen.

Enkel koud water uit de douche, maar we hebben al gemerkt dat dit in Sri Lanka precies de standaard is.

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The family who runs this place is incredibly kind and made us feel at home from the very beginning. They were always happy to help and gave us great recommendations, including the beautiful Tamil temples in Nilaveli and Trincomalee. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Nilaveli Beach, and they also arranged a scooter rental for us. The room was comfortable and perfect for a few days’ stay—we didn’t spend much time there because we were out exploring all day. Breakfast was delicious, with papaya, toast, eggs and bananas, and they even offered us tea in the afternoon. Their three cats are adorable too! One of the highlights of our stay was when they invited us to their traditional seafood food stall in Nilaveli on Saturday, the busiest day of the week. They let us try some of the local food and invited us to sit with everyone there. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made us feel like part of the community. The warmth and hospitality of this family really made our stay special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nilaveli.
