The property faces the beach, with direct access. 5 Star rated Dive centre within the premises. Restaurant at the premises for all additional meals.

It has acces straight to the beach which is very nice.

Was a bit weird that after 3 days someone came to us if we want room service the next day. I think should be an everyday thing. We had to ask them to give us new towels, toilet paper and rubbish bag. There was no mosquito nest over our bed which was very bad. No hot water in the bathroom. 1 night the pool was full with dead crabs.

Amazing sea view and the swimming pool. You can just walk to/from the swimming pool to the sand beach. The staff are really good and helpful. Plenty of parking space in the hotel. We will visit again next time. Restaurant food was delicious.

Restaurant was closed by 10.00pm, it should be open a bit longer.

The hotel is very well located, with a swimming pool and very close to the beach. The welcome was less warm than is usual in Sri Lanka, but the staff were as friendly as ever. The room was good – spacious and well-equipped. The shower had very low water pressure (or none at all) and no hot water (which would have been fine if it had been mentioned, but I don’t recall seeing any such information when we booked), so it was difficult to wash after a day at the beach. Breakfast was good, but we couldn’t make use of the restaurant as it was closed. This hotel has potential given its location but doesn’t make the most of it. With a few repairs and improvements, its price would be more justified than it is at present.
