White Rose Hostel

I had a great stay here! The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for my one night in Kandy, as I was able to reach everything I wanted to see easily on foot. One of my favorite little features was the rooftop terrace. If you get takeaway for dinner, you can enjoy it up there while taking in a great view over the city. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

I was lucky enough to have the room all to myself for the one night. If the room were fully booked, I could imagine storage space becoming a bit of an issue, but for me it worked out perfectly.

The owners are a wonderful couple! The place is very clean and in a great location. It feels more like a homestay than a hostel, which makes it feel very welcoming and personal.

Great location and the host was super nice and helped me a lot with everything!

Everything! The host was really kind and prepared during checkin and gave places to visit around Kandy. The hostel was spotless clean. I think they regularly clean the facilities which I appreciated. I also felt very safe despite being a solo woman traveller as the hostel caters to mostly women. I had a small mishap in a shop in Kandy, and the hostel also tried to help me with my problem. I don’t have that much photos but the comfort rooms and the rooms are very clean. They also have lockers with locks for personal items. I felt safe in this place. They also have a sweet cat.

None.
