Great breakfast and comfort room

Our room was clean quite.
Chairs during breakfast were wet. I had to use guest washer and dryer to clean and dry our cloths before attending funeral in Hemingford.
I told the receptionist when I went to purchase laundry soap and change. She told me they had a company clean chairs the night before. 🤔 I was very disappointed that they didn't offer to clean and dry our clothes. The ladies bathroom in the lobby that I used while cleaning our cloths had NO toilet paper.

It was super clean the room keepers were super nice and always said hi
The only thing I didn’t like was the guy that was working when it was the 2 girls they were nice and had a smile but the guy that worked the counter just seemed like he hated his life

Great clean hotel
I was charged twice for my room because the person who checked me in didn't actually pay attention to what I said or the reservation. I paid for the room online upon booking the room and I also told him that I paid for the room online and he still charged me again. Had to call my bank and the hotel. Still haven't been refunded.
