It’s away from the traffic, just enough to be quiet overnight. Parking lot is big which is great for all the hunter’s pick up trucks, including mine. Gas station with good breakfast burritos is at adjoining property
Not much owners can do about this but, the sand burrs on the surrounding property make it difficult for dogs to walk to do their business.

Location. It was a great quick stop for the night.
A few things. There was a pair of dirty underwear under the bed when we got into the room. The room itself was fine but the bedding had a strange smell to it and even made it hard to sleep.
Also the breakfast was a great selection except for the fact most of it was expired (yogurts) and the bagels were old and stale.
