Good overall apart from the crazy noise made by kind o "jungle animals"

Everything was nice and clean, flat really comfortable.

We had a really bad Albanian people next to us making noise like they were in the jungle. I think the owners should make some rules from the beginning and don't let in animals like that 👌

The property location is between the Kotor and Budva. You can easily arrive both cities by following the main road on which the property is by car. The property have a big garden where you can park your car. Rooms are clean and also have a huge balcony. I have enjoyed.

The apartment was clean and easy to find. It was a good size and had good air conditioning and a fridge. There is a lot of parking there too on site. The owner has very little English but is very friendly. You also have a balcony with seating and a table.

You are not very close to shops and restaurants but could walk. There was some holes in the bed sheets.

Superb

The room with bathroom was clean and quiet, which mattered a lot to me. The kitchen was also neat and everything was very clean. It was easy to pick up the key, the hosts were very friendly and polite, answering all my questions, ready to help and understanding (I confused the check-out timings). There is a bus stop near the property which is very convenient, if you want to go to Budva and have no car, also two supermarkets are quite nearby and of course the beach.

I'd prefer the room to be a bit more spacious.

Exceptional

Owners of the apartment( Darco and his daughter Andrea) are very kind and nice. Room is cozy and clean, with a own shower, kitchen and a balcony. The windows offer a magnificent view of the mountains. There are all the necessary utensils (including pots and pans), electric kettle, iron, hairdryer, towels. In walking distance, a clean and comfortable beach of Jazz (20-25 minutes walk) and a large grocery store. But if you are traveling without a car and want to get into the city of Budva, be prepared to walk hour and a half on uncomfortable road, or pay 10 euros for a taxi one way.

Friendly owner, complete room and private parking

The owner is really friendly and tries to help you when you need it. The room was clean and complete with a really useful kitchen and bathroom inside the room. The house has a private parking and it is 5-10 min away on car from Budva and 2 min from Jazz Beach

It wasn't a problem for us, but in our room, beds were separate, individual and one in front of the other. The place was good and complete anyways and proper for couples.

We stayed for 11 days and were more than satisfied with everything. * Excellent price * Quiet location. No issues with keeping windows open at night. * Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to a great beach (Jaz beach) * Kitchen has everything to prepare your own meals * Huge parking area * Friendly and polite host * 2 supermarkets very close nearby * Budva city a 5 minute drive away. Cozy, affordable and great apartment near Budva!

The hosts were really helpful and warm, bringing clean sheets and towels on a daily basis and cleaning up the garbage. The location is 12 minutes cca. drive from Budva center, but very near to 3 great beaches, which are much more cleaner then city beaches as usual. Price excellent, lot of parking space, calm area around the house, apartment mainly has everything a couple needs for a vacation stay. My Total Rating for the apartment was 9/10

The toilet seat was dirty when it was lifted up, which i always take a good look at, and in the corners of the walls can be seen spider webs but from my perspective its a really nice, cozy and clean apartment. Wi-fi just good, nothing extraordinate.
