Gabriel answered the door to us. He was so friendly,helpful and happy. The guest house was absolutely beautiful from the minute we walked through the front door. My little boy was so impressed and told him. It's very clean and has a lovely atmosphere but I have to say the beds are so comfortable and cosy. I had such a good sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. There's two shared bathrooms,both with bath and shower and we're clean.i was also very impressed by this too. The whole experience was brilliant.

I had a little difficulty finding the guest house because there isn't a clear sign to tell you what it is. On Google maps,it comes up as an hairdressers. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Comfy, clean & welcoming place

The bed was ridiculously comfy, the room, bathroom and the place in general was extremely clean. We even had a free cheeky upgrade which was lovely. The owner was so warm and welcoming. Perfect for a short stay. Even though it was shared bathroom we didn’t have to wait nor fight over the bathrooms which was even better. I would 100% recommend this place to stay. Thank you again.

Ideal location, not cheap for what you get, not the most comfortable.

Location was good, outside of the property was decently maintained as-well as the lobby. Plenty of parking.

Shared bathroom could have been 10x cleaner, everyone’s used soap and toiletries stuck to the side of the bath, shower, also filling the cupboards (these look like they had been here some time) . Bedroom had spiders, damp and cobwebs everywhere. Furniture could do with a freshen up. Window closing screw was rusted which prevented the window being shut, draft and thin bedding did little to keep the room warm. Host was friendly and polite but came across awkward. Strange diagram against the window in the lobby, wasn’t sure what to make of it.Sadly wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price we paid and the level of comfort that came with it.

The location in a cramped residential neighborhood was unexpected. I would not have chosen it had I known though after our stay it proved not a problem. The price paid felt like gouging. I blame booking.com. I would stay here again but not at this price.

unfortunately a seagull family with its youngest stayed in front of the window. it was crying all night long for food. the seagulls are landing on the roof above my room... so i was woken up several times the night.

Disappointing

The host was super friendly, helpful and promptly available for questions/issues. The location was great, very close to nice beach and amenities. House, bathrooms and second room were very clean.

The room was not as nice as the pictures, the shared bathroom was not pointed out clearly enough (only saw that after booking). On arrival the room did smell awful, we got a different room, very clean but too small for our group and a bed was missing. We got an extra mattress but it was not really comfortable and we missed a duvet and pillow. We were offered a partial refund on request but it was on the low side. It was ok for our one night stay but not great value for money.
