Staff not vary helpful ript and torn carpet on the landings also loose carpet in the room early morning no hot water so no shower and a cold wash towel very old and thin please do not stay at this hotel

Hotel was ok. Good location. When checking in they had no credit card machine so it was either a bank transfer which I couldn't do from my business account or cash.
The rooms were clean & comfy. The only issue was at 1am, half the residents decided to congregate at the front door until 5am talking nonsense whilst drinking beers & shouting there heads off. So, no sleep was had & there is no on site security to move them on. I think this is a regular event for the residents so beware when booking.
