About this apartment rental
The apartment "Topp" is a high-quality, maritime-style non-smoking apartment that extends over 61 square meters. From every window and also from the two south-west facing balconies you have a direct view of the marina facilities. Garden chairs, a table and a parasol are available on the two balconies. The windows in both bedrooms and in the living room are floor-to-ceiling. You can see the boats in the harbor basin from your bed.
Your living room has a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. A flat-screen television is available to you in multimedia. Your apartment has a cable connection and WiFi. Some board games are also waiting for you here.
In your large bedroom there is a double bed with a bed area of 180x200cm. The large wardrobes will serve you well. In the small bedroom you will find a loft bed with lying areas of 90x200cm and an additional single bed with a lying area of 90x180cm. In this room you will also find a small cupboard for your souvenirs.
Your modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped for you. Components include a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, lots of dishes, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and much more. Your bathroom has a shower with a shower cubicle, storage space and a hair dryer. In the hallway you will find a cloakroom, a large mirror, a washing machine and cleaning equipment.
The special thing about this holiday apartment is the perfect view of the entire area of the lagoon city of Ueckermünde. In addition to the mandatory balcony of the living room, the smaller bedroom has another balcony, which can be shared with the neighboring apartment. Our apartments in Ueckermünde are high-quality furnished apartments, which are located directly on the water. All windows in the bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and the patio doors are each provided with an insect screen. The blackout is possible in all bedrooms. Each apartment has a cot and high chair available to you free of charge. A parking space in the lagoon city of Ueckermünde is also included in the price for you. Smoking is not permitted in all apartments and you can take your four-legged friend with you to many apartments.
The lagoon city
From the lagoon city on the lagoon lies in the immediate vicinity of the mouth of the Uecker in the Szczecin lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The lagoon city has 380 boat berths, a boat fueling station, a slip system and storage space for trailers. If you don't want to bring your own boat, you can use the boat rental located in the port. Both sailing and motor boats can be rented. Models without a license are also available.
Apart from the maritime location, the spacious, well-kept complex offers a lot more. A beach volleyball field, a basketball hoop and a small football field are available for sporting activities. Culinary can be served in the facility in the skipper fair and in the bistro. Breakfast is also possible here. A beer garden is also open in summer.
If you want to take care of yourself, a bread service is available. The barbecue area for the self-organized barbecue completes the offer.
The beach at Ueckermünde
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, just 200 meters from the lagoon city, is equally popular with all swimmers. Culinary you can stop here between various fish and snack snacks as well as in the beautiful beach hall.
In addition to beach volleyball fields, a bungee trampoline and a mini golf course, the water sports station is a real crowd puller.
The seaside resort Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a town that is over 750 years old and has been very nicely decorated. The central square of the place is the market place. Concerts are often held here in summer. The market square is also the starting point for the various city tours.

Special highlights are certainly the city cinema, the pier of the Oderhaff shipping company Peters, which offers excursions to Szczecin, Swinoujscie and Usedom as well as the zoo and the climbing forest. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Leider haben Schüsseln gefehlt. Sowohl große zum Salat anrichten, als auch kleine für Dessert.
Das sind für mich aber nur Kleinigkeiten am Rande die schnell behoben sind. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche. Tolle Wohnung, tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen.

Schöne, super gelegene Anlage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Kein Verkehrslärm. Ansprechende Anlage, gepflegt. Wir hatten mehrere Wohnungen gemietet. Hat uns gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder
