The apartment "Genoa" is a high-quality furnished, maritime-dominated Non smoking apartment, which extends to 61 square meters. On the two terraces, which are oriented to the south, you have garden chairs, a table and a parasol available. From each window of this apartment and also from the terraces you have direct views of the marina facilities. In the two bedrooms and in the living room, the windows are floor-level. The maritime view is ensured.
The living room has a dining table with six chairs, a pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping space for two and an armchair. A separate wardrobe is available for the overnight guests of the living room. Multimedia is available to you a large flat screen TV with Bluray player and DVDs and a PlayStation 3 including various games available. Your apartment has a cable connection and Wi-Fi. In your large bedroom is a double bed (180x200cm) with height-adjustable slats. Desserts, reading lamps and wardrobes would like to be used by you here. The large closet will serve you well.
