The open kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, nespresso and kettle and is very fully equipped.
The two spacious bedrooms are both equipped with a washbasin with mirrored wardrobe and have a blackout curtain/sunshade.
The modern bathroom has a rain shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet.
The spacious balcony is south-facing and equipped with comfortable furniture and a parasol.
Due to the open staircase and balcony, the flat is not suitable for children.
