Beautiful Apartment Within Walking Distance of the Beach

This beautiful apartment in Oostkapelle can accommodate 5 people and 1 dog. The apartment has 2 floors and is located in a small apartment complex. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can fully enjoy your vacation on the Zeeland coast!

The location of this apartment is truly ideal! Less than 50 meters away, you’ll find the “de Manteling” nature reserve, and just 200 meters away is the beautiful sandy beach of Oostkapelle, which has been voted the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times! Several restaurants and snack bars are located within 100 meters.

The living area is spacious and cozy. The sitting area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, a TV, and a radio—the perfect spot to unwind after a wonderful day at the beach.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. Among other things, it features a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop with an extractor hood, a sandwich maker, a juicer, and a toaster, so you can prepare the most delicious meals! Of course, there’s also plenty of dishes and silverware. The dining table is large enough for the whole family to enjoy a delicious meal.

In the hallway, there’s a separate toilet with a fan.

Next to the living area, you’ll find 1 bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom, a loft, and the bathroom. The master bedroom has two extra-long beds (90 x 210 cm), a sink, and a TV. The loft has one single bed (90 x 200 cm). You can add bed linens and towels to your reservation.

The bathroom was recently renovated and upgraded. It is equipped with a rain shower and a sink.

A crib, high chair, and playpen are available in the house. A washing machine and dryer are located on the mezzanine level. A handcart is also at your disposal. From the patio and balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the large communal garden! Since the patio/balcony faces south, you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The patio can be shaded from the sun with a retractable umbrella. The terrace can be heated with a patio heater, so you can enjoy it even on cool evenings! You have a good chance of seeing a herd of deer in the garden early in the morning.

The complex has its own fenced-in parking lot for guests, and free Wi-Fi is available.

The house is non-smoking, and one dog is allowed.
